Refund Policy

Introduction

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your service. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 48-hour no questions asked refund from the time of purchase. Outside of that period, refunds may be granted at our discretion if you have a specific reason. Further refunds require a service fault or breach of our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by opening a ticket on our Discord or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your proof of purchase and details of your request.

Refund Processing

After receiving your request and reviewing the details, we will process your refund if eligible. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

For service faults or SLA breaches, please contact us to arrange a refund or credit. Refunds are not available for accounts found to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
